    The good thingsCompany were good as well as the Bosses, down to earth... Good camarederie.
    The challengesOther employees were difficult to adopt new changes specially in compliance to company’s risk control. Need more workforce in the back office so to have a proper monitoring of transactions of all branches and not be so complacent.

    I enjoyed working in this company.
    The good thingsI enjoy the company team building and Christmas party. I like most when we received some Christmas tokens from our employer. I like also the general meeting every mid year and year end, because on this part we have the open forum and we can ask the employer some issues that needs direct response from them.
    The challengesThe challenged that I had encountered in this company was when we deal with gorgeous (old customer) who easily forgot things. There were times that after you explained the policy of their loan, right after you finished explained they will ask, what is the policy again?
