    Good Opportunities but at a Steep Price
    The good thingsThe company provided an opportunity to show what I can do as an individual; good camaraderie between team members; challenging tasks that will hone an employee's project management, sales and marketing skills. Training opportunities with the new leadership team.
    The challengesThe number of projects that needs to be managed at any give time. Likewise, the number of new products being launched. In the hopes of making people responsible and accountable, people may lose their self-esteem in the process.
