Very low salary, not good working environment because there's so many bosses

The challengesBIG challenge here is dealing with the managers especially in Manufacturing plants. Like a boss and sometimes they are not leaders anymore but more like a dictator.

The good thingsI had so much fun dealing with other employees. They are very much enthusiastic and friendly. The working environment is really good, not a toxic one. The management is open to changes and/or improvement.
