Tthe Company is growing bigger and expanding its services.
The good thingsThe Company has a yearly performance bonus and salary increase depending on individuals performance. They also provide external and internal training for employees. Having free lunch and free coffee for all the staff in the head office is a plus. We are enjoying also a free Zumba or Yoga monthly. And the good thing, the Company is giving a shared service incentives or they called it an Operational Incentive program for all regular employees. In fact, the Management do also recognize the tenure or years of stay of each employees through rewards and recognition every year.
