    The challengesThe company does not really care about the employees. There is no regularization. They only renew project-based contracts every time they end. There is no room for career growth and development. The hourly rate is inconsistent, too. There is no office clinic for when people get sick during peak season when it is most stressful. Even meds are sometimes not available. Also, the company rules are pretty strict and laughable. The management makes the work environment toxic.

    It was ok all over. Given that I was a part-timer, it was expected that there would be times that we will not have any workload. What's not ok is not having a workload for like a month. And then when the peak season comes, you won't be able to enjoy life because you need to be at work all the time, even on weekends.
    The good thingsI enjoyed how they are not so strict with absences and tardiness. Really not sure now because the company is under new management.
    The challengesThe work is not always available so you do not have an exact expected salary for like a month, which is hard specially for those who need a stable job to support a family.

    Chittagong, Bangladesh Office is being damaged by some stupid girls! They watch youtube, Facebook in operation room.
    The good thingsThis company has HR, Operation Head officers and Administrative Officers are some girls who are very risky for the rest workers and employees. They take decisions out of jealousy for the rest girls/employees! These some senior girl workers are destroying this company what I seen there.

    The BEST
    The good thingsDespite the negative review one could easily access on pinoyexchange.com, CCK City Network turned out to be the best company out of my three freelance works for the past one and a half year. The employees (at least in the MLD department) as free with their schedule as long as they can deliver on time. And the compensation is the best part of working here. All the employees' hard work are worth it. I love working there and the team who supports us, newbees, throughout the whole process. 10/5 stars.
    The challengesSince I live near C5, and the company is in Pasig, I have to allot about 2 hours of travel with all sorts of transportation means (tricycle, walking, MRT, jeeps, and bus) if I want to be thrifty. If I want my travel to be more convenient, I could just book a Grab/Uber and my travel time would be an hour, tops, but that would be undeniably more costly.

    The good thingsOur team is really fun to work with. We do not only go to work TO WORK but also to have a bond with each other. Every day is a learning opportunity. I've started working here since I was in college and was absorbed after graduation so I'm really thankful. The schedule is also flexible. The office itself is good and spacious. The admin is approachable. Plus we also get chances to learn Japanese culture which is great.
    The challengesSometimes, there really is a lot of work to finish so we tend to overwork but it surely pays off in the end. Stress at work is really inevitable but we all get through it with the right environment and colleagues.

    I gave 4 stars because working there was really fun and I have learned a lot of things from my superiors.
    The good thingsThe workplace is nice as well as other empoyees. The work might be stressful but it's worth it.
