A great workplace to start with but not for long-term career growth.The good thingsThis is a good company to start with if you are looking for a stepping stone. The systems, tools and database you will be working on are innovative, efficient and up-to-date, they support automation as well. Working environment is fine. The pay is average but the benefits are really great and incomparable, people and teams used to be incredible. It was worth it, I have no regrets working here and am grateful for the work experience they have provided me. I just hope that this company will restore its previous Management and prominent reputation so that the new hires will not suffer.
The challengesIt used to be a great company, but different sets of Management took over in our department and changed everything. The structure was ineffective and some employees were unproductive, politics was also practiced. The retention level was very high it felt like you are working for an entirely different company, all my colleagues were leaving and they were hiring people who have very little experience on their roles so the support you will be getting for your team were declining every single day. The clients are demanding and it's hard to keep up with this kind of setup.
