    The good thingsIt felt like home. The people you're working with became family. Working in CBN was not just job, it's a job that has a purpose. It affects, helps ans transforms peoples' lives. Great training and working experience.
    The challengesMedia Production requires commitment and time. Sometimes, you need to work more than 8 hours to meet deadlines and shoots.

    The good thingsIn this company, particularly in my field of work, I enjoyed most doing my individual tasks, giving help to others through biblical ideas, counsel, and prayer. This company offers a great deal of professionalism, discipline, morality and excellence. Being in this company is really a blessing not just to me, but for the people that it aims to help.
    The challengesFor over a year, I've seen many challenges and needs for improvements in this company. For instance, good briefing/ orientation to all employees about their job description. Debriefing the employees through healthy counseling, activities and recreational activities. Good Organizational communication. Opportunities for promotion.
