So much values esp. for family, he encourage employees to work for the betterment of the employee's lives and not solely for his company's profits. He always see to it that his employees are happy working with him . He and his family who manage the company are down to earth and approachable.
The challengesLocally own and there are some limits for now. But the owner is optimistic that eventually the company will be competitive enough to face multi-national companies..
Since the nature of the business is somewhat affected by the natural state of industry, it is a challenge for the company to venture to other products.
