    It taught me to become grateful though it might be challenging but serving students is always a privilege.
    The good thingsBecause teaching is my first job, I'm in a learning process at that time. I am thankful for the opportunities. I'm able to do the dream work of my mother.
    The challengesTeaching is a noble work but teaching and preparing materials is always a challenge.

    This is far my greatest career step up!
    The good thingsUnder the supervision of the head librarian as my head supervisor and with the help of my colleagues, this is far the greatest step up in my career and developed my core fundamentals in the industry.
    The challengesThe only hindrance that stopped me from wanting to work in this company was the low salary grade that i receive. It does fit my job description, but I have to step up and see the greater industry that i have been dreaming of.

    It was an awesome experience!
    The good thingsWonderful learning experience. As an educator, I am also passionate on learning. Have met beautiful people from different walks of life. It’s important to note that there are more people to connect with in a school other than just students.
    The challengesPublic institutions/State Universities usually have lack of facilities and classrooms. Teachers find ways to continue to have their classes outdoors, in the gymnasium, or even under a tree. Handling and meeting diverse students was also a challenge.
