    The challengesI'm working here as tower crane operator.. But if I didn't have operation I'll do things that related on my other skills to help my company and teach other employee to upgrade their skills and capabilities to learn other job.

    Very low salary with so much workloads
    The good thingsFlexi-time but no paid overtime, even when required to go to the office during weekends (Sat&Sun) and work overnight. If curious, please try to apply, they prefer to hire a newbie and offer a Minimum salary.
    The challengeshandling large number of employees, since this is a Construction firm. Engineers are come and go bec of low offer and non paid overtime. Lots of laborers and operators go to Dole
