Pretentious management. They will give you tasks beyond your contract with no salary adjustment. Upper management is not helpful at all.

The Upcoming Real Estate Developer: A Terror but Well-Meaning Teacher
The good thingsIt challenged me to do things beyond my expertise. It taught me the different aspects of the real estate industry and it introduced me to different types of people. It also enhanced my flexibility as a professional and made me realize that learning things outside my field of expertise will bring great changes.
The challengesThe difficult part was the lack of manpower. I have to deal with different tasks by myself instead of delegating some to others. Also, the lack of incentives and salary commensurate to your work scope is disheartening as well as the lack of promotion. The office setup is not very conducive because of the limited space.
