    Casto Travel is a good place for those looking for retirement and no financial/career growth as the company is stable being with the bosses being the sole owners/hands on with the operations however due to the small nature of the business, it is not recommended for those with different financial and career goals.

    The challengesThe challenge that I experienced was I got laid off due to the pandemic. :( But it was all right, it wasn't the company's fault :)
