    The good thingsCashBee is an innovative company. It is a great company to work for as employees treat everyone with respect and as family. There is a lot of good opportunities, and in here, learning never stops. The company values work-life balance, plus the salary is good.
    The challengesCashBee being a start-up company is quite challenging. Even so, I know that the company will grow sooner as we always work as one. We see to it that we improve and maintain the good quality of our work/performance.

    The challengesAs a startup, CashBee has its share of challenges, from making sure that everything is smooth; operation and security-wise. And overall, CashBee was able to surpass the adversity through hiring people that are fit for the job and can survive this industry.

    Environment was very good
    The good thingsThe people here are what make it great. It feels like everybody that works here believes in what the company wants to achieve and is helping to make that happen. You feel like you're part of something that is making a difference. You are encouraged to try things and come up with suggestions on how to get to where we're going. There's a big focus now on helping our clients get what they want from working with us and it's great to see how focusing on them is helping direct the company. We get all sorts of benefits here which are great, but they're not the reason I enjoy being here. I genuinely believe I can make a difference here and feel supported to do so. I'm proud to be part of what we are becoming. It's unfortunate that some people didn't find what they were looking for in Best Companies and had a bad experience, but I guess that can happen anywhere. Being here I can safely say that I'm not one of them. I am enjoying my time here. Work is fun and fulfilling, and I'd encourage anybody that is curious to come and see for themselves. I'm glad I did.
    The challengesThere's a lot of things to improve but I know in time the will improved and will grow as a family. but for a start-up company its not how they handle people or employees very well. I'm am looking forward to seeing this company grow.
