    It's my first time to stay with a company for more than 2 years. I recently had my 5th year anniversary with Cashalo. I am continuously impressed by its Management and its strategies to keep the company going. I also love working with people who have the passion for providing fair credit access to Filipinos.

    The challengesDepending on the size of the team you're applying, growth opportunities can be limited. During my tenure, the medical benefits do not cover employees with families. Some senior staff can be toxic.

    I have been on SM sales representative since 2014 up to 2020
    The good thingsI was awarded a certificate for costumer service because of many recommendations thay they given to me. And certificate for sales target.
    The challengesDoing costumer service is really hard especially when some of the costumer have diff. taste. But when you are natural in what your service that you are given to them it was easy.
