the experience is to gain more knowledge and having my skills improved during the training. The overall experience was a big gain for me as I am trained with quality internship that provides us knowledge and skills that I can use in the real world.
The good things. I am nervous in my first time working, because I don’t know where to start but along the way my supervisor taught me the process and some technique for revising a plan in an easy and fastest way. I learned a new technique and the supervisor assigned to me was approachable. I experience a good work environment during the 500 hours of internship, from staff to supervisors, they are all welcoming and easy to work with
The challenges. I learned a lot of CAD techniques and how to properly detail it and how to avoid the unnecessary drawing. My supervisor always checks on me if I struggle with some part of revision and they helped me with it.

Demanding of your time, expect high load of work and overtime work. Low salary. No appreciation of your hard work, very low chance of getting promoted even if you deserve it.
The good thingsStable income, accepts minimal to no experience employees.
The challengesThe people. Staff are very approachable and kind, generous in sharing knowledge.
