It's a life-changing journey that molded me to who I am today.
The good thingsThe company promotes diversity and inclusion. They also foster teamwork and collaboration, ensuring that employees are aligned with the company goals which are clearly communicated throughout the organization.
The challengesOne of the challenges would be the delay in receiving an update from another department, specifically when there's a feedback or correction needed in the catalog or website details. As part of the frontline team, it's crucial in providing accurate information to customers.

    Carparts.com is an awesome company!
The good thingsGreat people. The management also listens to their employees. They provide opportunities for you to apply for other departments and not just customer service.
The challengesIncredibly fast-paced, to the point that some people are unprepared about the changes that are being made. Leaders will need to make sure that they put on different hats at a time due to the frequent changes.

The good thingsVery good people around the company. They will help you if you are blocked on some of the tasks. WFH (Hybrid)
The challengesOverseas bosses are very unpredictable, you will never know if you will be working for the company for many years. You might be begging for tasks very soon.

Good place to start for begginers
The good thingsGood working environment. Non-toxic for begginers. Good starting salary compared to other companies. The jobs are pretty decent and you will do what you are hired to do. If you will be doing additional stuffs, rest assured they are within the scope of your skills. I've worked as customer service representative on eBay and Amazon messaging platforms.
The challengesThe job is pretty simple so the chance of getting used to and bored with the job is inevitable. Vacation Leaves are quite tricky due to staffing issues as they do no allow multiple agents filing leave on the same day. But still, managing is good and I didn't have much of problem on this concern.

Great culture and more opportunities to improve. Friendly people. Great management.
The good thingsThe people here are very nice and friendly. The company is very transparent with how the business operates and constantly updating the employees with the current status. They have a very great management team. People from the US are coming to the Philippines office every quarter to provide support that everyone needs. Work is challenging here but most people are not overworked.
The challengesSalary, not very competitive with other companies. Every company has this challenge. Everything else is great here.

The challengesLow chances of career growth. Repetitive work.

    Great company for fresh grads
The good thingsGood office environment, large pantry, great comfort rooms
The challengesNo proper training of employees. Managers are very unlikely, not good to work with. Departments have no accurate standards on their process of work.
