    The good thingsCarousell is results driven and has a modern culture. the management is very approachable and takes into consideration suggestions or inputs from all level. you will definitely feel that your voice is being heard.
    The challengesCarousell is still technically a start up and is still finding its footing. tech team could use a boost and faster action on delivering what the customers' needs are rather than focusing on development of revenue generating features with minimal enhancements on customer requested basic features.

    Work-life balance exists!
    The good thingsIn my years of working, I have always been anxious before my shift. Thanks to Carousell, I am feeling better! Having to wake up at least 30 minutes before my shift and not worrying about the daily commute is a huge relief. Despite having quotas to beat, I enjoy what I do and gain a lot of knowledge with the ads I encounter daily.
    The challengesOur quota is our biggest challenge. You will need a lot of help from your teammates if you want to beat it. It's not a negative callout but a challenge to those who like to function independently. Teamwork is an essential ingredient to meeting the team's monthly goals.
