    The good thingsYou get to know different people with different status in life . You get to know a lot of new things. You learn to save a little so that you can use it later to help other poor families. You are recognized by church people and kind persons.
    The challengesOne should be good for multi tasking , verbal skills to encourage donors , punctuality , a positive attitude working / volunteering in a charity without thinking how much you'll earn.
