    Very stressful with low morale.
    The good thingsPaid leaves are approved freely.
    The challengesManagement lacks support for their employees. Computers are very slow and look like they were bought in 2010 with no plans for upgrade. Spreading rumors are not frowned upon, but in fact encouraged by the bosses for some tacky office drama.
