The good thingsA company that qlwqys belive and comply OSH requirements, It is a company that is people oriented and safety is always the top priority over profits. It always rrspects everyone because this company believes in di ersity equity and in lusion.
The challengesThere is always that synergy in all fqcets of operations.I find it the best helping or coping with the challenges coming from the behavior of contractors which sometimes in hurry of completing the work early thqn expected, they tend to deviate from the orrect procedure of doing the task.

The good things-Good salary benefits -value safety of the employees -Diverse and equal opportunities -give intensive trainings if necessary by the employees
The challenges-the management prefer to hire outside the organization for senior/higher roles rather than develop talents from internal employees -HR system is a bit off, because it is centralized and needs to be done online

    Need to improve HR system.
The good thingsCompetitive salary and benefits.
The challengesIt is not easy to be working in a company that would exhaust your energy every working day. Though you get paid, it still doesn’t compensate the effort you put into performing your job well. HR system is not effective, no proper orientation, everything needs to be done online. Benefits aren’t visible as it is reimbursement system and the process takes too long. Very disappointed on the HR system.

It's a good company. They'll treat you as a family. They'll help you grow as a young professional. Though there are some issues regarding salary and promotion. Sort of discrimination if you don't have a license.

Difficulties & Good things to value and give you more value
The good thingsSafety is of high importance to the company. Not only does it make you feel safe, it makes you feel that your life is of great value and that they care for your safety and your life. They create an environment with good culture to everyone, making use of a book/manual & several activities to instill this culture to the people.
The challengesAll the expectations I believe are just too vast, timelines are too tight with so much pressure - which is a reason why people working there would seldom have work\\life balance. Training is usually done by yourself having to read several manuals, policies, looking for things to learn and pursue, you learnigs or your trainigs actually depends on yourself.
