    It is good if you are starting a BPO career but its not a good training ground try elsewhere
    The good thingsThe customers are not irate (provider services)
    The challengesOperation Managers are just there to exist. You have to pass a 3 month score and they'll give you 3K max of their quarterly incentive. So much load of work but not well compensated. Demands to perform well but paid you less. No double pay as they moved US and PH holiday. So many rules and it's draining. Expect a queue (1000 CIQ) No coaching due to queue.

    My experience as a Sales Support is great because of the light work we have, we only experience heavy work during peak season which is many brokers are requesting for quotations usually it is during September to October.
    The good thingsThe things I enjoyed while working in Carelon Global Solution are my work environment and my workmates because they are easy to work with, and they help me with the things I'm having a hard time with. Also, we are hybrid and we have a shuttle which is a plus point for me since I live distant from the office.
    The challengesThe challenges I encounter are during peak season and also reaching the score in QA.

    The good things- Good training ground - Gave assistance and offers WFH during pandemic
    The challenges-Average compensation, a lot of workload provided. - They will trained you with multiple interface, multiple LOBs, but no salary/additional increase provided. - They offer chat/non-voice, but you'll be transferred to calls when there's a lot of calls in queue - Salary is always late - Queueing Elevator - Unresponsive HR - Boring pantry - Your lucky if you AM is pro-employee, but ours isnt. So management isn't great.

    The challengesMore workload but no compensation. No increase for lateral transfer (phrn-usrn). Mababang incentive and yet ayaw ng managers makakuha ka. Sudden NTE with no guidelines or policy. Sobrang tagal magrespond ang HR with your concern.
