    The challengesMany customers you work will be pleasant and polite but some will have problems or issue with the call itself that make them angry. if you patient, listen well treat the customer with respect and look for solution to his/her problem, you can handle the call more smoothly.

    The good thingsWorking in Carehealth was so amazing! All the employees there are kind and considerate. My training Manager is very kind at the same time perfectionist. He wants you to work slowly but surely/accurately but if you can work fast, then congratulation, you meet his expectations. The company will provide you in your demands if you need devices or whatever that is related to your designated tasks. There's many good things happened when I was there in the office
    The challengesFinished within the time Frame. Meet there expectations. Can do the tasks before the deadline. Responsible for all the bad things happened. Be sociable, Godly and friendly.
