    The good thingsGood Working Experience, if you can handle the multitude of works that will be assigned to you, you will become a well-rounded individual in the field of construction.
    The challengesThis company does not take proper time to train new employees, they merely hire new employees in place of those who resigned due to a multitude of issues.

    The good thingsThe Good thing is the boss is nice and also some managers. you'll learn a lot by yourself.
    The challengestoo many arrogant, plastic and straw like co-workers but they are nice and friendly for some. So Beware. no coordination from office to site. no system/process flow. average professionalism.

    The good thingsThe working environment is good specially if you want to develop your technical and management skills as an architect. They have good benefits like meal and cellphone load allowance, health card, 14th month pay
    The challengesThe projects we have are very challenging everyday was a test of my professional knowledge and management skills that greatly contributed to my professional growth as an architect.

    The good thingsEmployer was very friendly and trains me well. Office mates are supportive with my work. No problem in allowances and the work site is near my home. It was a good job.
