    Greatest Company So Far
    The good thingsCompared to other companies that has the same requirements and skills that I have, Cardno provides a competitive salary and they try to improve more to so that their talents stay longer.
    The challengesCompany events are not that great but overall the management is very good in doing their job.

    Working as a civil engineer intern was fun and educating since I got to learn about new hydrology software.
    The good thingsThe co-workers are great and the company's management was good. There were no stresses since the works are coordinated with the senior engineers or technicians overseas so deadlines are met.

    Software such as XP SWMM and XP Drainage were taught and explored and is very useful in application of Hydrology.
    The good thingsPeople are accommodating and you learn a lot from the supervisor as well as other employees.
    The challengesThe location is quite far from my home so the travel time.
