    A good experience for new or entry-level workers. Middle to upper management is riddled with politics, and favoritism, and are subject to the whims of executives.
    The good thingsAs one of the top hospitals in the country, you will be in a dynamic work environment and have access to modern equipment.
    The challengesThe workplace is very traditional. Some employees have been part of the same departments for decades and are unwelcoming of change or developments.

    you have to budget to survive your entire 2 weeks of work, because salary is too low.
    The good thingsThe team you work with is nice, office is comfortable and cold. You learn a lot. Canteen food is nice
    The challengesLow Salary, Little Benefits, No career advancement, Salary increase was like 500-800 pesos lol. Office politics, too much tasks in one day, some doctors are bad towards employees.

    The good thingsThe workplace itself caters different cases so you will be able to utilize most of your knowledge in nursing.
    The challengesYour hard work will not always be recognized. The supervisors/coordinators does not reach out to the staff to ask for feedback nor provide coaching. Huge staffing gap, sometimes we need to be on duty for 24-hours straight. Gives very low salary.

    The good thingsWorking at CSMC it develops and enhance my skills and I learned a lot from my daily duties as a nurse.
    The challengesChallenging work at CSMC is if there’s a lot of admission and doctor’s order and there’s 4 bedsides nurses only. The work load is too much for 4 bedside nurses and if there are 31 patients.

    The challengesWill not absorb you unless someone resigns or retires. Small chance of being absorbed even if you perform well. I've been told a number of times that i will be absorbed but until now im a contractual employee even if im a graduate of Accountancy, does my job well, and meeting my deadlines.
