    The good thingsI appreciated the safety culture and the opportunity to follow proper procedures and good manufacturing practices, which taught me the importance of maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
    The challengesAnother challenge was adjusting to shifting schedules and long hours during peak production, but it helped me become more flexible and improve my time management.
