    it improves and enhance my knowledge.
    The good thingsthey are courteous, approachable and respectful.
    The challengesi experience on how to deal, socialize to the superior, it improves me. i improve my computer skills, how to make a research documents for the accreditation of the university, even though the work is hard but i did not lose hope to continue my work, i know its a challenge to me, honestly my work does not only on paper works but also on other tasks assigned by the superior. i have no choice, but to follow, i always overtime even though it was not covered by my salary.
