You need to stay focused while working under pressure.
The good thingsThe head admin of the company is accommodating. He asks how we are doing on our work and he listens and addresses our concerns as an employee and will do what he can to make sure that we will last in the company. And if there are things that needs to be improved for the company to serve better he listens to them.
The challengesThe shifting or the working schedule is the main challenge while working in this company. Expect that leisure will be quite far while working and you need to have patience to get along with the rest of the staffs and be assertive to the needs of the clients.

The challengesWork overload, Too few staff,
