Stable job. Fair management. Continuous learning.
The good thingsThey readily provide financial assistance to their employees from office to the ranks during the first year of pandemic.
The challengesStressful because we have to report in the plant even during the pandemic. However, they do provide shuttle, dormitory where their employees can stay if outside shuttle routes. Also some employees availed motorcycle loans without an interest.

Stressful and not a pleasant working environment.
The good thingsColleagues are very hard working and very patient.
The challengesYou only gain too much frustration working. No sense of direction, responsibility and accountability. Superiors are too timid and acting like puppet. They always blame you of their incompencies. They let your head rolls just to save theirs. Do not work here unless you are hopeless.

Balintawak Caloocan City Metro Manila1 to 2 years in the role, former employee
    Very old school company
The good thingsGood work ethic means working overtime (without pay) or working even when you are leave or restday. Yes, they will notice that you’re industrious and hard-working but they will expect the same level of “dedication” all the time. Its like, once they know that you are willing to do all those things for the company for free, it will become your obligation to show the same level of “dedication” forever.
The challengesSketchy policies regarding time-offs. Does not offer flexible work arrangements. You will feel their need to control every single thing, including personal employee affairs. Very restrictive and bureaucratic. Expect to be micro-managed. Email/formal comms is useless. “Follow-up” means that they expect you to remind them to do their job.

Good to have a job during pandemic
The good thingsKind workmates, some are helpful. The company continuously try to make changes to appeal to the younger workers
The challengesIssues are with the managers and sups.Always plays the blame game for the things they forget and dont take responsibility for their own mistakes. Be prepared to take on tasks and projects outside your job desc. Your hard work and efficiency will be rewarded by more work, longer hours and impossible expectations. they cant move on from the outdated traditions. And more. Bottom line, one of the worst employers out there. Join only if you're desperate.

    Resilient and stable company
The good thingsDespite the challenges of the pandemic, the company remains strong, stable, and went back to operations as long as quarantine restrictions open up.
The challengesSome tasks are very challenging to some due to the nature of the business which belongs to heavy industries - manufacturing of steel rebars. Great opportunities for hands-on training, physically engaged and active employees.
