    My experiences were very interesting and it gives me a lot of learnings.
    The good thingsI appreciate the attitudes of the employee towards me. They were enjoyable, helpful, and taught me when I didn't know some things inside the bank. Most of all, they were approachable.
    The challengesSometimes it felt so hard to work under pressure when there werea lot of clients who came into the bank. Processing their accounts, some were getting their payout and the other were completing their documents for there loans. But no matter how many clients were there, we're still doing it properly to assist them.

They motivate their people through excellent training programs, and enhance employee's basic skill to a competitive abilities. The company itself is trying to develop more opportunities and sustainable programs for their people that could benefit to both parties.
    The challengesThis company is giving the best ways to help their employees spend more time to their family because of 5 working days(mon-fri) only.Aside from that there is a localization of employee's assignment for area proximity as an advantage for their people not to spend more in terms of travelling allowance. The company is giving allowances , bonuses and incentives to those who excel in their permormances
