    I am a former employee and stayed with Cantier for several years. My experience there has been both rewarding and challenging in a good way. During my tenure, I was able to gain a lot of hands-on experience and grow professionally. Cantier is a great place to gain experience especially if you’re looking to build a career in IT and get exposure to the manufacturing industry.
    The good thingsThe office has a nice and welcoming vibe and my colleagues were friendly, approachable and easy to work with. The management team was generally supportive. The managers were generous in knowledge sharing and actively training staff.
    The challengesLike any growing company, Cantier still needs improvement in the internal process and updating of compensation and benefits package.

    The challengesEverything, the working environment is so dirty you couldn't focus on your work. There's more pest than the employees. The reason i leave this company. No growth for the employees as well. all the benefits is for the higher positions

    The good thingsCantier has great products, this is for sure. The people from the rank and file up to the management are all good and professional. I worked my best and I received what I was promised.

    I am very grateful for the learning and experiences i gained from working in Cantier.
    The good thingsThe people here, both management and employees are great, approachable and very supportive which makes it more enjoyable to work. The shift schedule is also good since there is no work on weekends. We get the chance to spend time on ourselves and families which promotes work life balance. Most of all, the learning and experiences i gained here are commendable. With more than 2 years of stay here, i feel valued.
