    I provided comprehensive psychosocial support to patients and their families, collaborating closely with healthcare teams to enhance overall patient care and well-being.
    The good thingsHelping patients with outmost care and understanding with their situation. And also my supervisors are good and understanding and give confident to led our section/department.
    The challengesLack of manpower, multitasking handling two offices which led to experience difficulty in finishing deadlines and other needed work to do on time.

    Experience here is good.
    The good thingsI enjoy working with my colleagues in this institution. With an 8 hours working per shift, a sustainable, measurable, attainable, realistic, time bounded flow of work can be achieved.
    The challenges2:60 ratio patients (if full) but it's not a problem as long as after every shift, you can received a visible smile and satisfaction from each patient.
