The good thingssalary is quite competitive but that's all there is aside from the 13th month pay.
The challengeswork schedule is so demanding. Regular working sched is mon-sat and management requires you to render 1 sunday a month for open house.

    Overall Great Company
The good thingsThe company is always looking out for improvements, always upgrading whenever they can. A lot of different experiences.
The challengesThere are events that calls for more effort and more patience and you have to step up and innovate. But maybe the previous traditional methods are always the safest. I believe there is not much wrong with this.

Lots of workload, so little time, lacking in manpower, and management issues.
The good thingsJolly workmates, flexible working hours, and quite lax when it comes to some basic office rules.
The challengesSudden change in management decisions without considering effects on employees. Sometimes it can also be quite political.

Great Pay but very little consideration to employees
The good thingsSalary is really good. You will learn to be quick on your feet and learn by yourself since they don't have proper trainings for your job. Most employees stay because of very good salary rates.
The challengesThere was very little training upon starting but very high expectations. Untrained staff are left to decide on big issues on the company but are scolded when things don't go according to their "standard." Company is only concern about sales and does not do anything to improve quality of products, leaving the staff to be a shock absorber for all complaints. Work includes weekends and holidays. It is very hard to take a vacation as leave request are often denied even if you have a lot of leave credits. If approved, you cannot take more than 2 days off. Leave credits are also non convertible to cash if unused. Most employees, even with high pay, leave the company because of too much stress.

The Pro's and Con's working for the company
The good things- The compensation is very good. - They always think of the Career Development of their employees. - You'll get the change to travel for seminar, training, yearly team building. - It is a very good career training ground; you'll get train to do things from scratch to the best part. - Spoon-feeding is a big no-no in the company, they will orient you how things get done, but on the strategy and what to do to get things done is up to you. - Working with the company trains you to multi-task from the things your good at, to the things you need for improvement. - The company will help you widen your horizon on possibilities. - They award tenures who stayed an was loyal for the company for the longest time. - Basically, what made me stay long in the company are the people I have worked with. It felt like a family before.
The challenges- No work-life balance. - Weekends and holidays work (for some department). - Too lose and/or lack system in the management. - The company has always believed in the capabilities of their employees (which is not bad), but sometimes they have failed to see that there are too much work load given to the employees. Most of the time it becomes a one-man-team, to solve all issues and to take care of all the work. - The company is a lot into instant gratification that they fail in \"careful-planning\" and repeatedly commit the same mistakes. - Always on the band-aid solution.

    Excellent Training Ground
The good thingsGood Salary Great Benefits Enhanced competitiveness A lot of learnings Fun activities A lot of trainings
The challengesThe challenge is the job/position itself. You really need to be strong and be aggressive. The office hours is so long because there's so much to do. More manpower should be placed to fill in the vacant positions. More training and better training to enhance the skills on giving better service

The good thingsThe company provides above average financial compensation for its employees. Good benefits and overtime is excellent! Possibility for career growth is excellent, given that the company is part of a very large group which gives you access for career growth!
The challengesWork Life balance is certainly an issue, you will be required to work on weekends and holidays. Overtimes become a requirement especially that the industry is a very fast paced and competitive one. Finding a balance between your personal life and work life is certainly a challenge, but it can be done!
