    Great Company and Management
    The good thingsWe did not have a lot ofbenefitis in terms of health but the management is good, the higher ups are approachable and has concern to their subordinates.
    The challengesClients, but thats normal to any workplace. The salary does increase but in terms wiith other employers, its justabout average. The health insurance are really basic and for a healthcare worker I hoped that it would be better since we are exposed every single day to sick people.
