    culture shock
    The good thingsschedule was so good! dayshift and you get to pick your schedule weekly based on performance
    The challengessss contribution weren’t submitted but deducted from our pay still, some agents are boisterous and rude to the point that it seems like you’re in a marketplace and SOME team leads tolerate that kind of behavior.
