    Callbox, Inc. was my avenue for professional growth and development. Callbox gave me the first job in my entire life.
    The good thingsWorkmates, Salary and Benefits, Flexible Schedule, Outdoor Activities and Get-aways, Free Meal, No Work on Weekends (US Time)
    The challengesThe Nap Room is a bit too small, can only cater few employees and is not properly ventilated (during my time). Monthly quotas hehehe. No other serious challenges felt during my tenure there.

    The challengesvery toxic leads on data mining team. ojts are tasked to get information like name and contact number, anywhere on the internet for their lead generation. must fill the daily quota. conclusion, don't have your ojt here since it's basically free labor

    I have learned a lot. Designed and created Landpages using Leadpages and Mobirise; Created Queries, scrape-tool, and ajax; Installed Computer Software used in the company; Performed Computer Hardware Troubleshooting and Installation, checking of the internet connectivity and cables
    The good thingsI enjoyed the food for lunch and also the employees there to guide me as a trainee. They welcomed me with a smile as a trainee and treated me well like a regular employee. A good and relaxing office to work daily. It has good movie playing on tv while you are on a break and also it has this Billiard for you to play. Free drinking water is also available cold and hot. I have enjoyed my three months on the job training here in Callbox Inc. in Iloilo City 😊

    In The BOX!
    The good thingsMy first actual job. It was an okay job at first. Everything here is free. Food is free and free transportation. Its great environment to work with, the people here are friendly and willing to teach new employees to be better at their jobs.
    The challengesIts not everybody's cup of tea in working in a call center especially doing outbound calling and appointment/ lead generation, But with the training that Callbox provided me, I am now a manager and earning great incentives and commissions.

    The good thingsCallbox has given me the opportunity to learn and constantly learn new things. Unlike other companies that you only stick to what you know. Our Callbox University gives us a chance to learn by offering various lessons/courses such as marketing, sales and other trainings. On top of that we get free food, amazing team building and of course great pay.
    The challengesThe common challenge with working with BPO is the shifting schedule. Although it is expected, sometimes it can be a bit of a challenge but never the less, it is still a great workplace.
