    The good thingsWe are able to commit to our job in maximum capacity as everything is provided for the team. The management is very approachable and straightforward in terms of the direction they want to go to and are very open to criticism. You will feel welcome the first time you come into the office and you would be given adequate time and educational materials to adjust and learn to the technology stack. The teammates are well approachable and collaboration is highly encouraged.
    The challengesThere's still some cultural barrier that has to be broken but everyone since it is a foreign company that has just started in the Philippines.
