    Poor management, no work life balance
    The good thingsNone, all work and meeting the target production Can't t think of anything else
    The challengesPoor management Health insurance after regularization, unachievable target. Over worked employees, frequent meetings affecting production time. No opportunity for career advancement. Toxic working environment,no work life balance.

    Very Poor Management
    The good thingsThe pay was a little competitive than the others, but the workload is good for 2-3 people. They do not allow Vacation Leaves up until today.
    The challengesThere are no opportunities; if they will ever promote you to become a POC, there will be no salary increase, nor a lateral increase if you get transferred to another Department. On the exit interview, the HR will manage to somehow insist that it was never the company's fault that you decided to leave when in fact it was just all of the factors piling up.
