It's great working there I also learned so many things in such a short period of time
The good thingsThe encourages their employees to explore and be curious of everything that is happening in the plant. They also have seminars on some skills required and it depends on you if you want to take that responsibility because there will be bond or contract or 6months-3years depending on your agreement with the company...
The challengesOne challenge is the work-life balance since you will be working there almost always 12 hours a day. Another problem is the minimum wage, but I just accepted the offer anyways because it's the skills that I need to gain at the moment.

I have learned to be more versatile.
The good thingsThe multi-task thing I have learned a lot of things and finds out my strength and weakness. The accessibility from home and the benefits are complete.
The challengesTransition of the workers from one position to another higher position. I think more training is needed for the employees to have a good leaders.
