    Challenging but enjoyable!
    The good thingsFriendly Co-workers, Great administration, and a good environment to gain experience from as an intern.
    The challengesThe only challenge that I faced during my internship was on my first week working. I only had a little briefing on what I was supposed to do. But it was not that difficult at all. You just need a great understanding and comprehension, and you'll do just fine!

    Easy to work with on Business Development Team
    The good thingsMost of the employees are welcoming and approachable. I was assigned on a good and kind supervisor. Also the head HR is very thoughtful and kindhearted.
    The challengesSome of the employee are not approachable and have attitude problems. Sugar and creamer on the pantry is always empty. Basel department area is hot if the center aircon is off but there is an e-fan to use.

    Thankful for my experience at Calcmenu :)
    The good thingsFlexible hours - Most employees/co-interns are friendly, generous and approachable - HR is really kind and addresses your concerns immediately - Allowed to eat on your desk anytime - Weekly allowance - Free use of microwave, plates, utensils, glass, etc. - Free coffee/water - Eye opener to the corporate world
    The challengesWorkplace needs improvements in terms of maintaining the properties (such as desk, drawers, keyboards, monitors) clean & sanitized - Scarcity of headphones - The supervisor was not that hand-on in handling interns - Some tasks are repetitive and were not helpful in career growth/skill building, just a waste of time (legit) - Some employees have attitude problems

    The challengesSupervisor doesn't seem to be effective and doesn't give clear instructions. Not comfortable to move because it feels like you are being watched in everything that you do.

    The challengesActually there is only one challenge in this company that is the toxicity of employees i am disappointed about this I love calcmenu because i learned things that will help my career now i am having second thoughts about continuing my work here.     Promotes overall growth and continuous learning. Company's boss is overall great!
    The good thingsCalcMenu lets you learn overtime about things which benefits both the company and employee. Aside from reasonable salary, our boss is the reason why I am motivated to work better and stay in CalcMenu. He is very considerate and hands on. Workmates are very approachable and willing to assist you, especially if you are new in the company. The company is generous with incentives. Joining in this company requires continuous learning, which is personally an advantage.
    The challengesPersonally, I was not able to complete my training for the company's overview due to certain circumstances upon employment. This led me to having a hard time to work efficiently. Thankfully, my boss is very hands on and willing to teach his employees. Also, workmates are willing to help. As for salary and benefits, it is reasonable but still can be improved.

    The good thingsEmployee benefits changes over time depending on the company’s standing and based on my experience, the company is generous on giving incentives and benefits More sales for the company, more additional benefits to the employees. Like company loans w/o interest in a regular employee. HMO was also given to employees once regularized. Salary increase is depending on the employees’ performance and evaluation annually.
