    The good thingsMy employer makes me feel at home when working here. The employees here treat me like family. The workplace is very enjoyable because even the doctors in this hospital are like friends. We are asked to treat each other with respect and with a smile. This is to keep the Alagang Kapamilya spirit alive.
    The challengesSome employees work the traditional way. It's quite difficult to work better if other employees work in a different way and does not adapt to small changes. Also, there are some seasons that the workload is overwhelming. But it is still great to be recognized as a good employee.

    The good thingsThe management is very supportive and very much concerned on the welfare of their people. They value their people as one of the most important asset of the company. In fact, depending on the performance of the corporation, they provide monthly performance bonus. This is their own style of satisfying their employees.
    The challengesCompetition nowadays is very stiff in health care industry. The management should focus in improving their facilities and should upgrade their medical equipment. They should also continue to hire people who can be with them even in most difficult times specially nowadays that the country is having problems in the supply of nurses and other medical health workers.
