    The good thingsAll experiences from work are very good and employee with benefits. A company with labor union. Employer gives bonuses.
    The challengesIt suit in practicing electrical engineer. I found challenge for preventive maintenace, and intallations. It challenge critical situation. Improving in economics aspects, providing good system for convinience for the consumers. Develops the systems.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working there because the opportunity to grow was extensive. Training for employees were always given. Resources to make your work more productive and effective were available. Benefits and compensation were really much more than what is given by other companies. Owners were professional in their dealings with the employees.
    The challengesProbably take out one person in the office who was unprofessional in her dealings with the employees. Work was challenging because you had to learn to multitask but was able to cope up easily.
