My Employment ExperienceThe good thingsThe working environment maybe a little bit busy and hard at times but the staffs are very friendly and helpful when it comes to work. I love the ambience of the working premises since it allows me to exercise my duties and responsibilities as an employee. They physical setting is quite safe and comfortable for us to work.
The challengesSome of the adversities in work are the conflicts between departments, there isn't a clear description as to what is the roles and responsibilities of each of the departments. For an instance, where the independence of our department in exercising its roles is sometimes not given justice for some department are overriding it. This only implies a not-so-clear roles between units.
