Despite these challenges, the support from colleagues and the institution’s focus on student success has made every hurdle worthwhile.

    The good thingsThe employer helped me well to do the job and the environment was quiet and conducive for learning. The employer even allowed me to study while rendering my duty hours if I don't have work to do. I was only working for 2 hours a day but i didn't feel left out.
    The challengesMy employer only says a few words and sometimes don't tell me when I make mistakes and proceeds to correcting it on his/her own. Being the only person in the purchasing department, my employer was given a lot of load and so was I.
