    The good thingsYou can have interaction with the owners itself which shows how hands on they are.
    The challengesToo many boss, to the point you do not know who to follow. They do not value employees, terminating in a snap of the fingers no matter how long you have served for them. They do not do backgound checks that sometimes the ones higher than you has less experience/knowledge to the work.
