    Good stepping stone for work experience, but not worthy to stay for long term career goals.
    The good things-learned basics and fundamentals of ISP and OSP of Cable and Internet Service Architecture -experienced site surveys and met clients -developed team player skills when working with local counterparts, clients and management. -was able to attend seminars to help improve skills. -Close to Home -15 minutes grace period before tagging as late.
    The challenges-6 straight days Work for 8 hours -very close to minimum compensation compared to intense workload -little to no work-life balance -very little Vacation Leave/Sick Leave credits -No Free coffee -Poor Management -Low 13th month and separation pay -No pantry -No health card -Work environment can be toxic with extreme pressure
