No room for career growth unless you become a personal favorite and yes man
The good thingsThe people I worked with.
The challengesThey don't notice you, your hard work and your years of serving unless you become a "yes man". once you disagree with the management, they see you negatively.

Everything was fine until the pandemic
The good thingsWe got paid on time and were allowed to nap during lunchtime. Also there's free parking sometimes. Near MRT.
The challengesThe upper management do not care about employees. At all. Company wants everyone to return to the office despite the fact that there's an active pandemic and employees could still do their work from home.

    Pushing to the Limit
The good thingsVery visionary and dedicated people in our department. Challenges will allow you to bring out the best in you . Everyday is a new day for this company.
The challengesIn every company/institurion expect that there will always be glitches and shortcomings. Culture is a big factor in a company's growth and development. There are people who will always turn agaiinst you if you excel but there are those who will build your morale. This company is for those who are brave and tough. If you onion skin or with weak personality im sad to say it will be very challenging you will end up being consume with the culture.

Everything you do is a plus for you!
The good thingsThere is always an opportunity to learn new things, as well as new insights on things you might already know. Regardless of positions, employees embody respect towards one another. The career advancement path for every employee is clear. There are activities that allow for learning and leisure.
The challengesDeadlines tend to be unrealistic sometimes, but they push me to be more time-efficient in my work. With proper consultation, the company can improve how it determines performance bonuses for employees.

    Family Owned Company
The good thingsThis employer is a family grown business, mostly its their relatives who work for them. Though the owners are good and humble. The relatives who are in the operations are quite hard to deal, you have to be favored by them to be able to get what you need for work
The challengesIt was hard to deal with the relatives, politics is very high here.

The good thingsC & E Publishing, Inc. is the distributor of college and basic education textbooks. Its inventory system maintained in the SAP system was a major item in the audit universe for the annual plan covering the warehouses and the branches positioned in the major cities of the Philippines. The Audit Department also covers the audits in its related parties doing real estate and fine dining restaurant.
The challengesThe challenge of the Internal Audit Manager in C & E Publishing, Inc. is the handling of the completion of the audit activities and be able to handle the conflict of schedules in Head Office, branches, warehouse and the related parties.
