    Salary goin down not up
    The good thingsSafety is good. Too much paper works, ontime salary, medical benefits.
    The challengesToo much work! hours rest hours is not a priority for officer , port stay 6hrs each duty. Salary not goin up but goin down. Slow promotion. Training own expense. Internet 1gb for a month goodluck.

    The challengesYou have to work longer Hours sometimes you will receive call to work late nights, off days and Holidays to attend important matters.

    The good thingsThe people around are showing a great teamwork to achieve a good work output.
    The challengesThe challenges I encourage is when there are more than two maintenances that needs immediate action.
