    The good thingsI enjoyed their regular work schedule of 8:30am to 5:30pm, which provides a balanced and structured routine that allows employees to maximize productivity during daytime hours.

    The challengesSome of the processes are done manually and would require extra approvals which can't be helped with this type of work set-up. It's not particularly challenging but it does need some getting used to.
