    The good thingsThey give you a high salary and good benefits like HMO and insurance. The management is good. Lastly the hiring process is smooth.

    They offer good career opportunities but they don't care about their recruits/employees. They only care about their clients.
    The good thingsCareer opportunity to work with companies but you won't get a promotion. Good for starters.
    The challengesNo career growth, low compensation, no perks/benefits, onboarding and payroll system are not good. You always have to follow up and reach them for days/weeks before they do the actual work. You won't get any support from the company. They only care about their clients and not the employees/recruits.
